Join the IDX Program If you have not signed the IDX agreemnt from West Penn Multi-List,
you can download it here. Joining the IDX program will add your listings to all of the other web
sites that offer the West Penn MLS search online in accordance with the IDX rules and regulations. Adding your listings is free and does not require
you to have your own MLS search on your web site.

We are a provider of IDX web sites in the area of the West Penn Multi-List. Each web site containing MLS data of other real estate companies' listings must be a West Penn Multi-List Broker and have completed the Multi-List's IDX agreement. Each IDX web site hosted by ListingManager™ will follow the rules of the IDX agreement and be updated accordingly if those rules should change. Also, Full Line Consulting, Inc. will be listed as the web site vendor for that particular IDX web site. We would be happy to answer any questions that we can regarding the IDX program's rules or developing an IDX web site in the Western Pennsylvania area. Any other questions regarding the MLS should be directed to the West Penn Multi-List. |
