WebLink™

Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is the newest means of sharing information quickly across the internet. It is a system of syndicating data to "aggregators" which compile the data into a searchable list. By subscribing to the WebLink™ service, you can get your sellers' listings out on the web through our constantly increasing collection of RSS/XML data feeds. These feeds allow us to eliminate the tedious task of submitting properties by using an automated process that saves you time and effort while increasing exposure for both you and your clients. For those sites that require a manual submission, we will generate the necessary files and post them on a daily basis.

We will submit your listings via RSS/XML feed to these sites and more!

By using WebLink™, you can:

Increase exposure to each listing: Your listings will be shown on all of the web sites that are included in our feeds, increasing the odds the someone will find that property via the Internet.
Increase traffic to you site: Each listing that is submitted via a feed will also have with it a link that goes directly to the property details page on your web site. This increases the chance the user will visit and possibly even continue his or her search on your web site.
Increase search engine page rank: A large factor in search engine placement is the page rank of your site (meaning how many other legitimate and relevant sites link to your site).
