Heat Level: Mild: These tips are beginner-friendly.

Bottom Line: A builder is only as strong as their tools. Put together a killer toolkit and you'll be unstoppable. These technologies and programs have gotten rave reviews and are worth evaluating to add to your arsenal.

Do This: Spin through the hottest tools and software that other agents are raving about. Many of them are free!

There's an app for everything.

Adding more apps, software and tools to your life won't necessarily make your life easier. If you clutter up your phone with half-baked technologies or half-used systems, you won't save yourself any time or stress.

It's all about quality over quantity. The four programs below have been vetted by digital marketers and real estate agents. The verdict? They're worth a download.

Just a heads up, we have not personally used every single one of these tools. The ones we haven't used have received rave reviews on the Lab Coat Agents and Empowering Women in Real Estate groups on Facebook. (If you're not a member of those, you should join them for great career advice and camaraderie!)

Calendly

Feel like you're constantly juggling a million appointments? Find yourself making appointments to schedule other appointments? Calendly is an automated software that has been designed to make that process of finding meeting times easy. It syncs with your Google Calendar and allows your clients to choose from pre-set time slots.

With the free version, you get one appointment type. With a paid version, you can have multiple meetings types and integrations with different software. The paid tier ranges from $8 to $12 per month, but there is a free 14 day trial to see if the features are worth it.

Transactly

You love your job, but do you ever wish you could just cut out the "middle" part? The paperwork, the signatures... the less-glamorous parts of the job. Transactly is a transaction management platform where agents, their team, and their clients can collaborate to "slay that giant to-do list."

We have not used this software ourselves, but it has received rave reviews from agents in the Lab Coat Agents Facebook group.

Their pre-built templates cover everything from social graphics to presentations, business cards, planner pages, and pretty much everything in between. Follow Up Boss

You pour your heart and soul into getting your leads, whether through networking or digital marketing. Yet how many of those leads never turn into deals? Follow Up Boss is a CRM that turns leads into clients with always-on follow up that tells agents who to call, when. It instantly assigns leads to agents, responds to new leads and sends notifications and reminders to agents.

Bottom Line

Take these tools for a spin and see how you like them. If they make your job easier, and your life less stressful, make them part of your daily regimen. And if there's another tool you can't live without, let us know so we can check it out too!
